I find they do! I've only really tried them on paper, but they stick just fine, and I've been buying some of the sale stuff that I might expect to be older stock. They are sort of...various different styles/materials, though. Some are paper stickers, some are PET/crystal stickers, some are a thicker sort of matte paper, etc. Still, I haven't run into any problems with stickiness.
