Let's get the ball rolling in this community!

I got this one to track food and exercise:

It's undated, so you can start it anytime. It's only for like three or four months, though.
The first page has a place to set goals or record milestones and then each page lets you track your sleep, what you eat for each meal, your exercise and how much water you drink.
I'm not going to get it again because I ended up not using it to track anything but my weight and my workouts which is kind of a waste. A notebook is a better idea for me, I think.
