Medication Tracker?
I broke my ankle, had surgery, and am now on 13 different medications that need to be taken at different intervals and different times. I can't keep up with it.
Does anyone have a suggestion for a medication tracker?
I've looked at a few templates, but the ones I've found seem to be for normal, routine meds that a person is on long-term. Not this chaotic mass of pill bottles I have.

I found one that is for after surgery. It has spaces for different types of meds, how often you should take then & when you actually took them. You may also want to note which need to be taken with food. I don't see that on there unfortunately.

You may also want to talk to the nurse or after surgery care team. They may have suggestions or be able to help.

They're in my kitchen on the counter, sitting in boxes drawn on a piece of paper, each box marked with the frequency and time of day for that group. I check the lids every time I go in there to make a cup of tea or fix something to eat.
Search on Amazon for TimerCap, with no space, $25 for a four pack.
Many hugs for a pain free recovery!

Would just a regular Gantt chart with all your different medicines down the left side work?

ETA: Hit send too soon. For meds that I take as needed, I put a note in my weekly hourly vertical planner. I note in the note space on the bottom of that particular day at which exact time I took the extra med and which dosage. This helps me keep track of when I am able to take the next dose and is also very helpful and easy to take to my next doctor's appointment. I can easily review before an appointment how many times and days and how much of the extra meds I took. I sometimes also put very short notes next to it, e. g. for sleep meds on what the extra med's effects were.
