Plastic bags/folders in notebooks

I have a fauxdori which came with these neat little things that so far I've only used to store my pens and some business cards. I don't use the card holders for real cards because sometimes I go out without and when I do it's usually a situation where I need the cards (say, a quick stop at the supermarket).

I'm just curious what people use or want to use them for, if your notebooks have them or you're planning on getting them.
