Well, because I use stickers as rewards usually I only paste them after I do my review for the day. And sometimes it ends up pasted at an awkward place, or there's words in the way ;)
I am usually putting mine on at the beginning as part of the layout, not afterwards. I see how that could make using them awkward if you don't have enough room or a good place to put them.
I love the icons you use for your habit tracker, and I love how cleanly laid out the electronic planner is--the double pleasure of writing on paper and easily storing and working with something on your phone.
Thank you! Gotta make sure I take care of all parts of me, and the icons help. Plus, stuff with checkmarks get a digital alert, so my phone buzzes and helps me to remember to do it/ go for my appointments.
I have become a convert of alarms on the phone. I never used them before until I got prescribed all this medicine that has to be taken at bizarre times, but I love them now.
Okay, I have a Hobonichi! I use the calendar pages in front for planner stuff, especially work-related, but I keep the day-to-a-page section for more general journaling. I aim to write a bit and include a self-portrait (cat optional) every day, and while I haven't met that EXACT target, there have been no blank pages yet. Depending how much time and energy I have, I add washi tape and decorations and so forth, but that's super-dependent on what else is happening, and whether or not I'm at work.
So this is a page from January, and it's the nicest layout I've done so far in 2017:
My Hobo runs from April - March (the Japanese financial year) so I'm looking forward to starting a new one soon!
I'm not a very good artist. I used to draw and take art classes as a teen, and I was passable. I think if I had continued to practice, I would be competent at it now, but I haven't seriously tried to draw anything in like twenty years.
But I'm having fun doing my best and drawing simple things in my journal, mostly by copying what other people have done. LOL
