What do you do about mistakes? What hacks or tricks do you do to fix them? Do they throw you completely off?

I just scratch or X them out. Sometimes I might put a sticker or washi over it, but I’m usually not that fussed. I do mostly daily pages, though, so mistakes don’t last very long before I’ve moved on ^_^

For my planner, I just scratch it out or if I need the space to write, I use correction tape.
